Key holding & Property Inspections
For peace of mind we will hold the keys for your holiday home in La Torre Golf Resort and will inspect properties before and after rental.
During the property inspection we will check for any leaks, test the utilities are in working order, collect and forward on any mail, watering plants, get out or put away garden furniture in the garden/patio, make sure that everything is the way you have left it and anything else you may require while your home is unattended.
When you initially sign the contract with us we can prepare an inventory of your property if required, signed by both parties, so that you can leave any personal items you wish at your home without worry.
For extra peace of mind, we can take digital photographs of your property and send them to you quickly and efficiently by email.

General Property Maintenance
General property maintenance carried out from installing shower screens, putting up pictures to fixing leaks, shutter doors or broken tiles etc, we can do all of those little jobs you've been meaning to fix for a while.
We are also available for 24hr call out, so if there is a problem we can assist straight away.
